When you visit Chandan Marble Paradise or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Chandan Marble Paradise and protected by international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of Chandan Marble Paradise or its software suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

All items purchased from Chandan Marble Paradise are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Chandan Marble Paradise and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Chandan Marble Paradise does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Chandan Marble Paradise itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

All shipments are FOB Destination. If you receive a package that has visible damage or has damaged contents after opening, contact Chandan Marble Paradise by using our number: 098452 81122 or send us an email at contact@chandanmarbleparadise.co . A Chandan Marble Paradise Specialist will provide return instructions for your damaged product. Upon return receipt, the equipment will be inspected and disposition of replacement items will be determined.

You have seven (7) days from receipt of product to notify us of any discrepancies.

Goods that are faulty can be returned or exchanged with Chandan Marble Paradise, within 14 days. Chandan Marble Paradise will pay for the cost of returning the goods back to Chandan Marble Paradise. All products, unless noted otherwise, are sold with the full warranty of the manufacturer. The warranty period and service varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Goods that are not faulty can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To exchange products, the goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging. Goods that have been opened or goods sold on a "no return basis" items cannot be returned, unless faulty. Special order items and custom made items can not be returned or exchanged. The following provisions apply in respect of the return of non-faulty Products. No Fault Product "No Fault Product" is a Product returned by the Customer where the return is not due to the fault of Chandan Marble Paradise or any fault with the Product. No fault products returns will attract a 15% restocking fee. Returning of products from orders which were on specials or become eligible on specials (example if Chandan Marble Paradise is offering promotional free shipping for orders above $100 and you made a purchase of $100 and availed free shipping) then decided to return part or full order due to any reason, Chandan Marble Paradise will charge you shipping charges before refunding the value of returned items, which were originally shipped free due to promotion. The promotion will cease as the products are being returned.

Products found to be defective out-of-the-box or "dead on arrival" may be returned for replacement within fourteen (14) days of the invoice.

For all returns to Chandan Marble Paradise, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) Number prior to shipping the product to Chandan Marble Paradise. To obtain an RMA Number, please contact the Chandan Marble Paradise Center at 098452 81122 or send an email at contact@chandanmarbleparadise.co. Once approved, an RMA Number will be issued to you within 24 business hours. Please have your original purchase order number, serial number, the defective product, and a detailed description of the problem when calling for an RMA Number.

You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. It is imperative to note that Chandan Marble Paradise will only refund the actual cost of the product and not the related Shipping & Handling charges except in the case of a defective / faulty product.

If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
